Cancellation Deadlines and Charges
- Cancellation till June 30, 2027: 25% Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation after August 31, 2027: 50% Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation after September 1, 2027: 75% Cancellation Charges
- No refund for cancellation after September 1, 2027
Important Terms
- Registration is NOT transferable: Once registered, your registration cannot be transferred to another person
- Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within 90 days after the conclusion of the conference
- Refund Requests: Must be submitted via email to techsupport@hsicon2027.com
- Processing Fee: Applicable bank charges/processing fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount
GST Information
All registration fees and workshop fees mentioned on the website are exclusive of 18% GST. GST will be added to your final registration amount.
Example Calculation:
Base Registration Fee: ₹5,000
GST (18%): ₹900
Total Amount: ₹5,900
